- Late Payments: A late fee of 5% may be applied to overdue accounts.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 30 days of payment under specific conditions.
5. Storage Policies

5.1. Access Hours
Users can access their storage units during the designated hours of 6 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.
5.2. Insurance
Storage Bow offers insurance options to protect your belongings. It is recommended to secure adequate insurance coverage.
6. Liability
Storage Bow is not liable for any loss or damage to items stored, except in cases of proven negligence. Users are encouraged to obtain personal insurance.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, users must remove all items within the specified period.
7.1. Breach of Terms
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Bow operates.
